I'm very disappointed right now. Please see our warranty policy for a complete review of our warranty policy. Especially for a company that had always been about making customers happy. **** knows they make enough money off of their customers to support and sell decent products.Įdit #2: I just love how their system is flagging my edited post as spam/malicious content to silence me from complaining. I've defended and supported them for too many years to sit here and be victim to cheap outsourcing and scam sales because whoever their new CEO is has decided to cut corners in places they shouldn't be cut. If Razer doesn't change their ways and get back to the quality that we are literally paying stupid amounts of money for, then I'm done with their products. I'm also seeing a TON of complaints about the batteries in their Blade lines bloating, which is just awesome because I just purchased one. I'm disgusted by the lack of support on these clearly known issues that they have provided. I've been a fan since before they were even famous, and my first mouse was one of the very original Deathadders. Whatever Razer is doing in the wireless headset field, they are failing massively. I purchased a Razer Kraken Kitty Bluetooth Quartz for someone last year and they've had nothing but ridiculous problems too, and it made my gift seem very crappy after I spent an immense amount of money on it. I've been a Razer customer for years and I have a lot of their products, and this is by far the lowest quality product I've ever seen them produce.Įdit: It seems Razer's wireless headsets are just absolute trash. I already have the latest firmware update, which I installed as soon as I took it out of the box because I saw the complaints of the other issues this headset had. This is still an issue, and it's causing me TONS of problems. Hope razer is aware of this and fix this asap. Tryed to switch usb ports and reinstalling synapse and no fix. After some seconds of not playing any sound, the time i play music or anything else, the first 0.5 seconds are not audible. Hello, got my Kraken V3 Pro yesterday and I have the exact same issue even after firmware update. minimum and the behavior I'm experiencing triggers much, much faster. Also, it is NOT the Synapse > Power > Power Saving option as that only triggers after 15mins. It doesn't matter if I turn THX on/off or which of the two Kraken output devices I select. ![]() Especially when you're like editing a video or similar. ![]() I assume this is some sort of power saving function where it idles the headset if no audio is being played for a while but I can't turn it off anywhere and it's pretty annoying. It's not a delay because when I start hearing audio again after the 0.5-1.0 seconds, the timeline is as 0.5-1.0 seconds has already played. Now, the first 0.5-1.0 seconds of what I'm playing is not audible. I start playing audio again after that minute. OS: Windows 10 21H1, Synapse: V3.7.429.50715ĭoes anyone have a fix for this? When connected wirelessly, if you don't play audio for a short while through the headset and after that, start playing audio again, the first approximate 0.5-1.0 secs is not audible on the headset. ![]()
